Screen 1 - Choose use case
Choose the use case - Loading a moving truck or putting things in storage.
Screen 2 - Create inventory
- Start creating item inventory e.g. couch, queen size bed, table lamp etc.
- Search the 3D model database for 3D representation of common items
Screen 3 - Choose truck (or storage)
- Select a truck/storage options
- OR let the app choose the appropriate truck/storage based on the current inventory of items
Screen 4 - Virtual Reality Module
- Drag and drop items in the truck (or storage space)
- Zoom in, zoom out and rotate to get different views of the truck and the items to make sure items are arranged appropriately.
- Check arrangement - Run simple rules to check for safety flaws
e.g. Fragile items at the top, heavier items below the lighter items etc. - Auto arrange - Let the app figure out the best and the safest arrangement based on an algorithm which optimizes space usage.
- VR module can also be run on Occulus or Gear VR for a more immersive experience.
Screen 5 - Augmented Reality Module
- Hold the tablet/phone facing the truck or the storage space and view the virtual items placed around as per the arrangement
